Pearson University Partnership’s Digital Learning Innovation Team is augmenting traditional university partnership service delivery through the introduction of Academic Services. The key focus of the Academic Services team is to ensure best practice online learning delivery and authentic learning experiences for students, contemporary curriculum and assessment design development - all underpinned by a robust quality monitoring and assurance process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and coordinate the development of quality assurance processes, workflows and enhancement activities, in conjunction with the Head, Academic Services

  • Supporting the design, development and management of standards for academic service quality

  • Maintaining compliance checking processes to ensure alignment with TEQSA and other relevant regulatory/industry obligations

Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education curriculum and assessment mapping to the Australian Qualification Framework

  • Knowledge of the Australian higher education sector quality assurance processes and regulatory bodies including the Higher Education STandards Framework (2015) and understanding of TEQSAs role

  • Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating quality pedagogical and support services in higher education.

  • Highly developed communication skills and agility.
