About the team:

University partnerships work with some of Australia’s leading Universities to launch and grow their online education programs at scale and with speed. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a growing and diverse team.

About the role:

As Content Marketing Manager you will take ownership of the content strategy across the entire student lifecycle. You will lead and manage a content portfolio across multiple digital assets and proactively seek ways to better engage students, advising on email marketing activities and reengagement plans as well as other touch points – phone, social, web, and direct.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop content marketing strategies and re-engagement plans for the University Partnerships portfolio

  • Build strong relationships with the creative/content agencies and project-manage their workflow and ensure key initiatives launch on time and are optimised well to achieve acquisition targets.

  • Create detailed content planning documents (and processes) to outline various student touch points and develops content for various segments and student personas based on user needs identified via market research, analytics and internal data

  • Drive test and target campaigns, analyses data on content performance and provides reports to key stakeholders

  • Generates high impact long form and micro copy for promotional pages, application screens and campaigns to increase revenue and meet overarching business objectives

  • Provide strategic partnership to cross-functional areas to ensure integrated communications plans and content roadmaps are aligned by managing an active content program of work

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and initiating, planning and executing digital content

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline

  • Strong knowledge of UX principles and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams

  • Creatively minded with experience in implementing marketing programs that engage, inform and motivate
