About the role: We are currently looking for a motivated HR Operations Assistant to join our team. As an HR Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various HR facets and ensuring a seamless operation within the department.

As an HR Operations Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.

  • Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.

  • Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications

  • Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.

  • Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills

  • Customer service skills and call centre experience

  • Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.

  • Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills

Working Conditions

  • Contractual/Limited-Term for 5 months

  • Hybrid Setup

  • Equipment will be provided for this assignment (Laptop and Headset).

  • Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time (10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila Time) Monday through Friday – During Temporary Peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.

  • Office environment – ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.

Flexible working: We are committed to hybrid working practices and has adopted flexible remote and virtual working. Where possible our employees can choose to manage their attendance to the office more flexibly.
