  • Compliance with KPIs, Service Level Agreements and other performance measures;

  • Effectiveness of management system performance including but not limited to: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 27001 (Information Security);

  • External Audit - Coordinate and work with the relevant audit body e.g. client, regulator, certification body or corporate audit team to plan, schedule and complete external audits.

  • Supplier Audit - Conduct supplier audits to agreed scope, working collaboratively with the supplier.

  • Audit Reporting, Findings & Actions - Ensure that the findings from all audit activities (including control and recovery testing) lead to appropriate corrective and preventive actions and that these are recorded and monitored in order to manage risk and support continual improvement.

  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are appropriately followed up and fed back into the audit cycle to ensure that their ongoing effectiveness is monitored and measured.

  • Use the outcomes of audit activities to identify where additional training and awareness needs to be supplied to the business in order to achieve and maintain compliance and support continual improvement.
