Head of Qualifications Technology Services
General Qualifications and Vocational Qualifications
UK based - Hybrid Work
Responsible for:
Running Pearson’s General and Vocational regulated and non-regulated Qualifications Portfolio, ensuring exam series run to schedule and quality criteria
Ensuring live Qualifications Services are performant, available and secure
Managing Service Incidents, Planned Change, Releases etc
Product and Service Ownership for Qualifications Services UK and International
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Experience of delivering a complex suite of tech and digital Services in a regulated environment
Experience of designing and delivering user-centered solutions to the market at pace
Experience of building coherent Service Lines (multi-product and multi-system environments) to improve the user experience
Practitioner of Agile and Waterfall delivery
Knowledge of GQ and VQ qualifications’ customer and user needs
Knowledge of competitors and the global markets in which Pearson Qualifications Services operate
Skilled in managing and improving supplier performance
Ability to work alongside Qualifications Services leaders and business leaders to co-create solutions to business problems
