We are seeking a motivated and driven executive and team assistant who loves working in a fast paced, high energy environment. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Business Services, supporting him and his global executive team. We are excited about candidates who have strong execution experience and have worked in a fast paced, deadline driven, technology-rich environments. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills, is familiar with state-of-the-art enterprise collaboration tools, current social and mobile work management apps and who is constantly looking to innovate. Duties:

The successful candidate will help create presentations, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics and will work cross-functionally to drive results for a small exec team.

Extensive experience in international travel, and itinerary coordination.

Schedule global town-hall meetings, and operate the meeting application

Assist with special projects and related research.

Coordinate meetings - on and off site, and liaise with various VIPs

Manage office operations, including planning of team-building events

Identify and take charge of implementing solutions to improve the effectiveness of the team.

Support company-wide communications.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Executive Assistance experience (ideally within a fast-paced technology company)2 years of team coordination/ project coordination experienceStrong MS Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint) essential and Google Cloud Enterprise experience preferred.Be familiar with common cloud collaboration and work apps – Trello, Dropbox, Evernote, Slack, Hipchat, join.me etc.Plays well with others and enjoys interacting with some of the brightest minds around!Warm, outgoing personality.Excellent time management skillsAbility to anticipate the needs of a busy executiveOutstanding written and oral communication skillsCapability to work independently at times without much supervisionFlexible, versatile, and open-minded
