Job mission
Work closely with each HRBP for ELL, business and other functional teams to ensure the success of all HR projects through the execution of people strategies and initiatives, by ensuring best-in-class implementation & coordination of key HR activities.
Job description
*Responsible to support the deployment, tracking and reporting of talent projects (L&D, performance, engagement, culture, DE&I, communication, and employee relations).
*Act as the point of contact to implement compensation, rewards and benefits, new initiatives, annual cycle, and improvement process as BAU.
*Act as employee relations SME across ELL with expertise in UK labour legislation. Manages employee relations issues, coaching and advising C-suite/managers on dismissal, disciplinary, performance management and redundancies.
*Lead the global ELL division functional onboarding & offboarding strategy and execution according to regional needs while being aligned with Country Care as accountable for the operationalisation of the process. Manage onboarding, induction and offboarding of all ELL employees, setting expectations, brand alignment and smooth transitions.
*Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projects. Create and update reports, decks and presentations needed to give visibility of the process.
*Partner with peers to mine talent data in a meaningful way that feeds the HR strategy with key metrics to assess the return of investment of initiatives, while being the champion for employee experience and connecting data to the continuous improvement of this metric. Helps conduct retrospectives to outline lessons learned.
*Supports the creation and development of engaging and interactive learning materials, including infographics, video tutorials, animated documentation, and other multimedia content, as well as events coordination to deliver the projects under their remit.
Projects in-scope
Leading: ELL onboarding & offboarding, and employee relations projects/needs.
Executing & supporting: Employee development agenda, Leadership development agenda, transformation agenda, DE&I agenda, high performance culture agenda, change management agenda.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of UK legislation
-Knowledge with annual HR cycle (compensation and talent management) and employee relations
-Experience Project Management is ideal but not required (e.g. product management, reporting tool, KPIs, agile methodology)
Work set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite)
