CRM Manager Reporting to the Performance Marketing and CRM Lead, the CRM Manager is responsible for CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans and systems in place to optimise marketing efficiency and performance for the Workforce Skills marketing team.

The CRM Manager must have a clear understanding of how to capture and leverage CRM system data to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple channels with a vision of growing customer loyalty and driving new customer wins.

Responsibilities Include

  • Ensure a CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.

  • Build and optimise CRM dashboards and workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes.

  • Build process between marketing and the sales team to capture campaigns, leads, opportunities and revenue into the CRM

  • Analyse data and provide report and insights on performance of all marketing channels, such as campaigns, events, email, social media, SEO, and SEM, etc.

  • Optimise and integrate data across all platforms and tools including Salesforce & Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Analytics 360, Social 360, Tableau, etc.

  • Develop marketing techniques to increase customer loyalty and drive new customers

  • Continually test, optimise, innovate, and proactively share results and insights across the team

  • Lead CRM and technology projects which make difficult processes easier, improve the impact of marketing activities and drive more efficient spending.

  • Proactively engage, align, and collaborate within the marketing team and other divisions

  • Track marketing metrics and trends.

  • Update accounts and contacts in the CRM system.

  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Who We Are Looking For The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Degree ideally in Marketing or Business Analytics

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the CRM role

  • Strong expertise and skills of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Clouds, Analytics 360, Tableau, etc.

  • Ability and experience in building workflow to streamline marketing and sales process.

  • Strong experience setting up and optimise CRM dashboards for marketing and sales.

  • Ability to analyse and evaluate complex results to drive improvements in campaign performance and KPIs

  • Strong analytical skills to generate business insights through data analysis and marketing research.

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams such as marketing, sales, BI and other functions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised

  • Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
