About the role

The Business Associate will be responsible for providing support for the Teaching and Learning and PD team. Their main responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating and managing online training events for our customers. This will involve:

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and managing events using the online booking system

  • Managing the LMS system

  • Creating blended learning materials

  • Arranging all the logistics e.g. booking venues, co-ordinating trainer availability and event materials

Contracting trainers to deliver the training and arranging their accommodation, travel and visas, when required

  • Arranging contracts directly with any external suppliers and managing their invoices; including any printing and postage logistics

  • Co-ordinating and monitoring regulatory requirements with regards the training events; including the safe storage and auditing of event recordings

  • Uploading of information on the website including the training event details and the uploading of post event materials

  • Responding directly to all customer event queries regarding requests for event information, cancellations, amendments, event charges and invoicing where applicable

  • Creating and managing reports from the booking system, for use with suppliers and to support customers
