About the role
Support in the training, mentoring and upskilling of the wider team for their specialist area
Will value the needs and rights of others
Will represent the team at meetings or other events Customer Service
Will “Think customers first” to ensure a great customer experience
Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
Use customer relationship management tools to identify opportunities to support customers further and improve the customer experience Data Management
Monitor key performance indicators, including analysing reports, and taking relevant action where needed
Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending decisions in relation to pass marks or the setting of grade boundaries.
Be a technical specialist in one or more of the key content and assessment processes and maintain the relevant documentation relating to this.
Responsible for accurate Content and Assessment management for their allocated assessments
Responding to key external or internal requirements, and with continued improvement and simplification in mind.
Managing performance of contractor
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production and timely assessment results

The postholder will: - Hold a degree or other relevant qualification or experience.
Role duration: This is a full-time FTC 15 month position.
Role location: This is currently a remote working position until Summer 2021. Thereafter, the individual assigned will work flexibly as a remote worker between their home and can attend a Pearson London office location if dependant on business requirement.
