  • Successfully transition students from registration (paid application) to enrollment (logged in and participating)

  • Advise prospective students using a consultative process.

  • Conduct orientation and welcome seminars for all new students and ensure a smooth handoff from the Enrollment and Program Advisors

  • Execute the Pearson student success plan which includes both proactive student check-ins and prescribed interventions for those who have been flagged as at-risk

  • Take primary responsibility for retaining students through to completion via monitoring, delivery of support services and creative interventions for those who struggle to engage

  • Facilitate orientation and a variety of meeting types throughout the program to include both live and asynchronous virtual sessions and/or in-person sessions at a Pearson learning center

  • Train subject matter experts on protocols for leading successful virtual meetings

  • Support and organize in class course activities coordinating with learners and instructors.

  • Coordinate onsite meetings as defined in course syllabi

  • Respond to student inquiries within decided SLA's

  • Collaborate with the local and central teams to escalate student issues to the appropriate internal resource as needed)

  • Manage all student communication and course completion data via the Salesforce CRM

  • Coordinate deployment and data transfer of all program surveys to the appropriate analyst for processing

  • Recommend improvements to the student experience and the Pearson student success plan

  • Support team with all pre and post course delivery operations such as agreements and invoices

  • Actively participate in weekly meeting rhythms being prepared to discuss performance data, student concerns, program improvement ideas and action planning.

  • Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs
