English Language Learning Marketing Administrator in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

About the role: We are currently looking for a Well organized, independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure individual to join our team. As an Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for providing all-round support for general office administration and clerical work, handle and support marketing activities (online and offline)

As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide all-round support for general office administration and clerical work

  • Handle and support marketing activities (online and offline)

  • Responsible for coordinate with production of sales and marketing materials, distribution

and logistics arrangement

  • Perform data input into a designated system and document filing

  • Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operation

  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Diploma or above in Administrative/Marketing/HR/Accounting with minimum 2 years of

relevant working experience

  • Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized, independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available would be an advantage
