About the role: We are currently looking for a Well organized, independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure individual to join our team. As an Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for providing all-round support for general office administration and clerical work, handle and support marketing activities (online and offline)

As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
Provide all-round support for general office administration and clerical work
Handle and support marketing activities (online and offline)
Responsible for coordinate with production of sales and marketing materials, distribution
and logistics arrangement
Perform data input into a designated system and document filing
Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operation
Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Diploma or above in Administrative/Marketing/HR/Accounting with minimum 2 years of
relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure
Immediate available would be an advantage
