Pearson Business Insight Analyst in Guangzhou, China
Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Business Insight Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and translating data-driven insights into actionable plans to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Collect, analyse and interpret market data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and execute market research plans to inform business strategy, including user profile development, product development, and new market opportunities.
Conduct market segmentation studies and provide data-driven recommendations for target audiences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and network with key stakeholders.
May need to support data process and structure if necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or related field, preferably within the education industry.
Tableau and SQL knowledge required.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with market research data.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market research tools.
