●Project Assistant – Select Channel
●Fixed-term contract for 8 months (or secondment opportunity for current employees)
●Salary from £21,000 up to £24,500 depending on experience and pro-rata for contract term
●Working full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday in the office
At Pearson VUE we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to deliver effective, timely and quality administrative project support within our EMEA Select channel. You will come with excellent communication skills as you’ll be responsible for stakeholder engagement and relationship building - collaborating with and influencing diverse teams of internal colleague teams across various levels of seniority.
You will help us deliver key project milestones on time, within budget, often under pressure. You will enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box with new ideas. You will have excellent IT skills (experience using reporting tools, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel), and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
Key to the success of this position will be working closely with EMEA Select team following instructions in a support role. This could include day-to-day maintenance of project deliverables, monitoring project performance against deadlines, working with internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes, setting up and participating in meetings and following up on actions.
