Position Summary
The Salesforce Senior Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Salesforce Service and Community Cloud used for enrollment and customer service. The senior developer will be responsible to deliver technical support covering technical solution design and development of the application and implementation and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze potential Salesforce enhancements and requests to determine the most optimal way to develop and build a best-in-class solution against the stipulated timelines
Bridge the technology and business worlds by breaking down complex problems to technical requirements to drive prioritized feature implementation
Work hand-in-glove with Business, Technology, UX and Quality Assurance teams to develop Salesforce enhancements during agile sprints and deliver high quality solutions that meet the business needs
Initiate and prioritize projects, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, track Salesforce Service and Community cloud development, and launch plans
Handle inbound User requests, errors, and process questions
User and Permission Management
Dev/Test/UAT/Production environment management, System backups, Code check-in, error log management and remediation
Work within our change management process for development, new applications, and workflow updates.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10 years of experience in technical development of CRM/Salesforce
Experience in leveraging andcustomizing the Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud platform on a continuing basis
Implementation experience of Omni channels for customer service.
Experience in Apex code, Trigger, Lightning flow, lightning components, Salesforce designer, community builder designer etc.
Experience in debugging issues, performance improvement etc.
Salesforce certifications requirements:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advance Administrator preferred)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer1, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer2.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
Salesforce Certified System Architect (preferred)
Use the declarative out of the box capabilities of Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to things like maintain fields, objects, formulas, workflows, views, reports, dashboards, validations, assignment rules, and templates
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes, updates, inefficiencies and/or inaccuracies that impact the efficiency and reliability of the system
Ability to independently develop complex solutions using SFDC capabilities as well as leveraging out of the box Salesforce tools and capabilities wherever possible/suitable
Experience in configuring Salesforce Knowledge development.
Strong understanding of Agile process and principles Experience in agile environment with Aha, Azure Dev Ops (ADO) etc.
