We are looking for a Manager / Business Partner with in-depth experience and exposure as a HR generalist.
Responsible for driving / executing the country HR plan / processes including alignment with global HR plan / processes, across the business.
Provide input into the Talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by leveraging global tools and, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and diversity metrics, etc)
Advocates, implements, and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business.
Tracks delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational issue analysis.
Works with HR colleagues from COE teams to deliver HR interventions within the business.
Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
University graduate. Postgraduate or Masters is preferred.
Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle with in-depth experience into a few core areas (E.g. Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefit, Engagement, Learning & Development).
Understanding of key legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in HR processes – knows key issues to look out for and when to get expertise teams involved
Ideally has had experience in Learning & Development
