This role involves driving branding initiatives which broadly includes:
Developing, executing and assessing the impact of the company’s branding and communication strategy.
Developing internal and external communication plans to support business initiatives and manage appropriate delivery of internal and external communications
Developing content, campaigns and coordinate internal and external events
Collaborating effectively with agencies, service providers and other internal and external stakeholders
Managing company’s social media platforms
Representing Pearson and networking with industry experts and professional bodies as an ambassador of the Pearson brand
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management or equivalent professional qualifications. Post Graduate studies in any of the above fields will be advantageous
Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or other relevant business experience in a large-scale business. Experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition will be advantageous
Experience building and utilizing social media strategies
Strong client and end-user focus
Demonstrated Project management and stakeholder management experience
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Experience in creating and managing budgets
