Education, Qualifications and background

  • BSc in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent

professional qualification.

  • Minimum 1 year in Associate QA Engineer designation and role.

  • Good knowledge on Software Quality Assurance, testing and software

development life cycle.

  • Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and resolution skills.

  • Ability to self-learn and grasp the knowledge quickly.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to design test cases.

  • Good understanding on different testing types of testing.

  • Ability on clearly and accurately defining the severity of defects.

  • Good understanding on Defects management.

  • Good understanding of one Automation or performance test tool.

  • Good understanding in Object oriented concepts and simple SQL


  • Good knowledge in software development and the software

development lifecycle.

  • Should be acquainted with Test Management Tools such as QC.

  • Should have good time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge on Agile/Scrum.
