As a Senior SEO Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global organic search engine strategy for the website, blog, and localized subdomains. You will work with ranks, keywords, tools, and processes for our SEO strategy, implementing actions that will keep us in front of our competitors. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team, developers, and other departments to improve off-page and on-page strategies and ensure future traffic growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead research and SEO strategy for our website, blog, landing pages, and localized subdomains (audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, content gap analyses, technical SEO) and present findings and recommendations confidently to senior management and colleagues

  • Oversee successful execution of multiregional SEO and content marketing strategies according to pre-established guidelines

  • Own performance monitoring and reporting of SEO KPIs; provide insights and recommendations for future improvement

  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts

  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance

  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

  • Ensure that our website and blog meet the technical requirements of modern search engines with the goal of improved organic rankings

  • Analyze crawling, indexing, rendering, and website architecture parameters and propose technical changes for technical optimisation

  • Collaborate with developers to improve the sites and URLs structure and fix Crawling, Rendering issues

  • Collaborate with content and user acquisition team members in aligning goals and applying successful SEO guidelines

  • Continuously research and select the best tools and trends t o support our SEO strategy and incorporate those into existing workflows and processes

  • Keep up to date on SEO trends and best practices, technologies, and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and internal stakeholders

  • Be a key driver and influencer in SEO performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO for high-traffic websites

  • Experience auditing websites, performing keyword research and competitor analyses to determine the best strategic approach to improve SEO performance

  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and industry tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Omniture)

  • Strong analytical focus, as well as being able to diagnose problems and learn from them

  • Ability to operate as a self-aware, effective team player

  • Experience of working and thriving in a global matrix organization is a plus

  • Evident fluency in English, being confident in speaking, reading, and writing communication
