Solution Manager has the responsibility to work with various Lines of Businesses to identify, prioritize and document critical digital business requirements in a holistic roadmap and

collaborate with Technology, UX and Backend system teams to get them implemented in our digital platform. He / She will be responsible to build scalable digital Salesforce Service/Marketing Cloud Enrollment and Customer Service platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the technology and business worlds by breaking down complex problems to outline the key business requirements and articulate them into technical requirements to dive prioritized feature implementation.

  • Analyze potential product enhancements and requests to determine the most optimal way to develop and build a best-in-class solution against the stipulated timelines.

  • Possess outstanding project management skills and a strong attention to detail combined with a deep understanding of latest digital/eCommerce technologies

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications

  • Conduct business impact analysis and assess change readiness

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and standardization

  • Support with business impact analysis as it relates to change in existing system workflows or process

  • Take a leadership role in communicating the development progress and engage a broad range ofstakeholders across the organization to secure alignment

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • 8 years of experience in technical product/solution management/development, preferably in Education Industry/Enrolling students to School/Colleges.

  • 7 years in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science

  • Experience managing large scale complex Agile programs globally

  • Experience working with international teams and cross functions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Creative thinking skills and ability to innovate

  • Ability to promote projects efficiently in a cross-functional environment
