We are currently seeking an experienced User Experience Analyst (UX/UI Interactive Designer) for our School Assessment business.


The UX/UI Interactive Designer will be passionate about creating user-friendly and engaging interactions. This person will work in a team environment to transform complex concepts into simple, elegant, and approachable experiences, services, and products. The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, end-users, developers, and business analysts through the complete systems development life cycle.

Duties include:

  • Collaborate with product teams to produce user interface scenarios, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

  • Communicate with product teams to evangelize UI design directions and resolve design and implementation issues

  • Create and document design solutions and guidelines

  • Conduct informal user research and support usability efforts throughout the development cycle

  • Define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specs that demonstrate experience with industry standards/best practices and corporate visual design guidelines



  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree (preferably in design or HCI) or equivalent experience

  • 5 years experience as an Interaction/UI Designer

  • Experience with highly scalable, consumer-facing applications

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Extensive experience in interaction design, visual mockups, and process flow diagrams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of technical and non-technical staff

  • Must be able to function effectively in a quick-paced environment with frequently changing business needs

  • Must be able to collaborate virtually with remote team members

  • Must have a strong portfolio available for viewing

  • Experience with responsive application design

  • Familiarity with requirements and standards for designing accessible products

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, along with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box to take on new technical challenges

  • Experience conducting usability tests
