Pearson Senior Project Coordinator in Bloomington, Minnesota


  • Provide training/presentation expertise during various client trainings or professional developments (e.g., report usage and interpretation)

  • Develop documents for educators with the input of client staff

  • Maintain web content

  • Maintain educator newsletter

  • Work as a member of a team to develop, review, and revise ancillary materials and training modules

  • Consult with the client as required, including participation in planning, status, review meetings, etc.

  • Some travel may be required

  • Perform other duties as assigned (MQT help)

  • Conduct web searches/research and make recommendations for action. This could include conducting initial outreach to organizations for collaboration.


  • Must have experience with training including development of presentation materials, presentation skills, and development of supporting documents

  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients

  • Must be able to propose problems/solutions to a variety of audiences

  • Must have excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks within a project and schedule, and to adapt to unforeseen and unexpected requests or changes in priorities

  • Must have strong technology skills including working with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word; and confidence necessary to work with unfamiliar programs

  • Preferred experience training educators

  • Preferred experience working with Canvas, iSpring, or similar training software
