Pearson Campaign Marketing Manager (Remote) in Bloomington, Minnesota
We’re seeking an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager who can bring to our team their knowledge and experience in creating and executing successful marketing and advertising campaigns using paid media, digital marketing, email, social media, thought leadership and content marketing in a B2B and B2C segment. The CMM is also responsible for developing all product/program digital assets, collateral and sales enablement tools for a specific domain/product/program from development to execution and post-launch activities of the campaigns. They will report to the Manager of Strategic Marketing.
This will be a critical role that will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Marketing to develop and coordinate new plans and content that provide customer value, generate leads and revenue, and build market awareness of Pearson Clinical solutions to support meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.
This role is a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-person work if possible
Qualifications
5+ years marketing experience
Highly motivated, organized, and accountable individual with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Proven success launching new products/solutions with an integrated marketing plan
Demonstrated work with cross functional teams
Creative and passionate about marketing and its impact on our market and customers
Background in the Education and/or Healthcare market preferred
Significant experience and demonstrated success with multi-project integrations
Digital marketing campaign development experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and efficiently manage their own time as part of virtual teams
Experience working with project management systems (Asana a bonus)
Experience working with field sales teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
International marketing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
50% Strategic Campaign Marketing Planning
Create, implement, and monitor marketing plan, campaign plan & budget for product and campaign launches
Develop brand purpose and positioning for new products/solutions
Collaborate with partners across the business to identify strategic opportunities and maximize digital and social campaigns to deliver against core business objectives
Lead generation and revenue creation for field sales team and direct selling
Identify customer needs and market trends and recommend growth strategies
Drive Pearson brand in assigned market/domain
Competitive analysis & distinction
Customer segmentation and targeting
25% Creative Execution of Campaign Deliverables
Develop and drive creative production of standard product marketing materials, including such items as digital assets, product collateral, sales enablement tools, social media messaging, case studies/success stories, thought leadership content and all assets of assigned campaigns
Work with the Creative Services team, freelancers, internal subject matter experts and other vendors as needed to develop approved campaign marketing materials
Develop an appropriate variety of campaign assets to be used in direct marketing and field sales, including international teams, to drive demand via targeted campaigns
Project execution
KPI and ROI tracking
Budget planning and tracking where applicable
15% Relationship Management and Brand Ambassador
Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners as assigned
Act as the marketing contact for internal and external partners for your specific market and domain
Collaborate with Pearson International marketing teams
5% Partner Enablement and Event/Tradeshow Support
- Provide marketing expertise and support for all virtual and in-person events
