This is an exceptional opportunity based in Beijing for a professional Customer Technical Service Representative (who can speak Korean and English) who is keen to join a profitable and rapidly expanding business. Reporting to the Client Services Manager you will undertake a variety of tasks and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and provide technical support to VUE’s external clients. Ensuring they can successfully operate their VUE Testing Systems software. This role will require a good technical understanding and be able to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues that come to the service-desk.

  • MS Exchange & Active Directory support


    You will also be responsible for assisting with the operational aspects of client testing programs and handle service-related issues and ensure this happens in the correct timeframes. This role will also assist in providing a technical support to Pearson VUE’s external clients to ensure they can successfully operate their VUE Testing Systems software. The appointed individual will therefore have to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external users of the VUE applications. Support will be provided via telephone, email, instant messenger, and remote tools to ensure that users receive the appropriate technical service required to achieve the best results.


    The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin (Essential)

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • 2-3 year experience in a similar/related position

  • Experience in providing application support

  • Confident and fluid communicator

  • High levels of customer service skills

  • Familiar and comfortable working in a busy corporate environment

  • Experience in supporting software applications

  • Experience of supporting LAN/WAN

  • Experience of internet communication and network configurations

  • Familiar with MS Office

  • Experienced in collating reports
