Roles and Responsibilities :

Define UI framework and front-end architecture

Lead and mentor team of Leads and front-end developers

Advice technical solution and fix any complex issues faced by developers

Direct design & development of functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability

Promote Usability best practices

Strategize building of reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Collaborate and interface with Product teams and other stakeholder

Skill Sets :

Overall experience – 8+ years in software development. Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript/Bootstrap.

Experience in React JS. Experience in Node JS.

Experience in MongoDB. Years of experience in full-stack application.

Should have good knowldege on AWS or any other public cloud infra Project Experience End-to-end projects on Front-end development

Should be well versed and have implemented Micro Frontends, Microservices and serverless architecture

Should be expert in Front-end performance tuning

Should have design and implemented JavaScript design patterns

Ability to define custom Front-End framework

Proficiency on creating modular, loosely coupled front-end application based on React JS, Redux, Bootstrap, AJAX

Should have hands-on integration experience with third party services like Identity Providers

Demonstrates a good understanding of data modeling

Should have got hands-on experience creating and integrating webservices – REST Should be able to define estimation features and get it done in estimated time

Own overall quality of the development product

Should have handled 10+ member team comprising of Team Leads, Developers in a collocated and non- collocated environment.

Grow people by introducing tools, frameworks and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Good to have experience in Progressive Web Apps Good to have experience in react-native
