We're looking for a US-based Digital Marketing Manager to join us on this exciting journey!
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a track record of successful delivery to join Faethm’s marketing team. As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own Faethm's digital presence globally with a focus on the Americas to help propel us into the next 3 years of growth by working closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to build our web and social engagement for our product today and into the future.
What you will do:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing who’s based in the US, as Digital Marketing Manager , you'll be responsible for:
Planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot and across social media
Creating unusual, eye-catching social media campaigns, in both design as well as creative thinking
Managing reporting and analytics through GA and HubSpot, and interpreting data from these campaigns in order to drive improvements
SEO, technical and content, including keyword research and optimization to support the content strategy and develop our presence in SERPs
Managing our CRM (HubSpot) from a marketing perspective and create nurturing activities with regional collaboration, including email and automation programs
Creating a compelling retargeting and nurturing program to drive prospects through the funnel
Paid search, display advertising, paid social and other paid activities to drive leads and opportunities for our sales team
Measuring and reporting on performance and assessing against agreed goals (ROI and KPIs) at campaign level and at channel level.
Researching and testing new online media opportunities and channels that may benefit the business including mobile, additional social channels, development of blogs, forums, etc.
Brainstorming new and creative digital media growth strategies
Devising a cohesive social media strategy and global social media content calendar
Managing our website, which uses the HubSpot and Prismic CMS
Assisting in website overhaul to transition to an interactive, lead generation tool
Devising strategies and conversion rate optimization improvements on and offsite to drive and convert online traffic to the company website
Collaborating with internal teams to devise effective journeys across our site, creating landing pages and optimizing user experience
Maintaining and developing the Faethm website, as well as the content and image asset banks in collaboration with stakeholders
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
5+ years’ experience working in the marketing function at a B2B SaaS business
Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas
Excellent written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
The capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
An analytical mindset, with the ability to balance the qualitative and quantitative when informing decisions
A pragmatic bias towards action
A desire to learn, develop and ultimately evolve into a more senior position in the future
Web development skills desirable
Essential hands-on experience in operating tools such as Google Analytics (organic, SEO, and PPC), HubSpot, design tools and social channels to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for customer acquisition
