What will you do: Reporting to the Online Marketing Manager EMEA in a team of 4 digital marketing specialists, you will support central and local campaigns in 9 countries in Europe. This includes the correct structure of data and the setup of journeys and automations in SalesForce MarketingCloud and Pardot. The content for emails will be written by the countries themselves. You will also help the relevant sales departments with their respective dashboards and correct monthly reporting in SalesForce. This will include upkeep and optimization of lead scoring measurement and reporting. You will stay abreast of new platform features and data quality maintenance. In summary, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Build, analyse and optimize email journeys​

  • Support build and execution of all automations​

  • Build, test, and optimize online forms ​

  • CRM data quality control​

  • Monthly overview of sales pipelines incl. analysis of MQL to SQL numbers​

  • Audience segmentation and list builds.

Day-to-day you will work closely with our EU country marketing managers, whilst also being supported by the global CRM team.

Countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, UK, Spain, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Offices: Benelux (Amsterdam), Germany (Frankfurt), France (Paris), UK (Oxford), Spain (Madrid) and Nordics (Stockholm).

The Successful Candidate

  • A data-driven marketing professional with proven experience in a similar marketing role within a B2B setting

  • Strong experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and SalesCloud.

  • Organizational skills, you can juggle demands from marketing, sales, and management

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data

  • Data-driven and analytical

  • Real team player

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Good in English word and writing

  • A business/marketing-related undergraduate bachelors programme or equivalent.
