KeyDeliverables:

  • -Responsible for achieving maximum sales & market share growth of Pearson portfolio in the region.

  • -Responsible for identifying and developing new streams of business, inline with Pearson’s long-term strategy also market needs and requirements.

  • -Responsible for supporting marketing activities and initiative in theregion.

  • -Responsible for maintaining effective relationship with key businesspartners.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • -University degree.

  • -Relevant qualifications and proven professional experience – minimum 5years sales experience required (education related highly desirable).

  • -Background in dealing with decision makers in educational/ministerial institutions.

  • -Experience in developing and managing sales forecasts and budgets expected.

  • -Proficiency in local languages and English, both written and spoken,essential.

  • -High level of comfort with technology in the workplace.

  • -Willingness to travel extensively.

Geography Description:

Pearson Central and Eastern Europe (PCEE) is a part of theWestern, Central, Eastern Europe and Africa Region. PCEE is a regional hubcovering sum 32 countries structured to reflect a combination of region,cultural linkages and lines of business to drive a simplified,standardised/needs focused business model.
