Essential Duties:

TheAssociate Executive Director role will work in the dynamic strategicpartnerships organization within Pearson Education. This role will pull sales data from multiplesources and performs analysis of sales in order to generate P&L’s forpending sales contracts. The positionwill require the ability to manipulate data into standard formats and workclosely with both sales and finance teams to provide pertinent sales data asneeded.

Therole will also serve as an important support function for the strategicpartnerships team. The role will requirereconciliation of travel and other expenses for regional vice presidents andwill assist in coordinating sales conferences and scheduling of sales events asneeded.

Thisposition may be remote and will work with teams across North America.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Business, Education or related field

  • Experience working with large data sets and pulling data from multiple data sources

  • Understand data and database structures

  • Experience working with Excel and database software

  • General knowledge of SQL a plus

  • Detail oriented and ability to manage travel, expenses and busy schedules

  • Great working with customers and responsive to rapidly changing needs

  • Track record of showing initiative and the ability to be proactive ingetting work out

  • Has the ability to work in quickly evolving organization and adapt tochanging needs

  • Experience in a sales organization a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • 2years working with Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills
