ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the project with scrum rituals and practices

  • To be on top of the delivery management by driving the quarterly planning, iteration planning to Production releases and to optimize the team’s effort towards the Project deliverables

  • To be the integral point of the team, keep all the stakeholders informed on the Project status, risks and issues on a weekly basis

  • Timely and correct updates to the Project metrics and to come up with productivity improvements and corrective actions for the teams

  • Strong conflict resolution, organizing and time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make timely and sound decisions, work efficiently and independently

Qualifications

Education and/orExperience

  • Individual should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computing or Information Technology/Management.

  • Individual should have 5-7 years of experience in software development projects as dev or qa engineer with at least 2 years as Project Manager with skills and experience in Internet technologies and Project Management tools.

Preferredcertificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • PMP/ CSM/ PMI-ACP Certification are preferred.
