Assessment & Qualifications Research & Psychometric Services Assistant - Bangalore (Fixed Term - 6 months) in India

A fabulous opportunity to join one of the world's largest commercial developers and distributors of psychological testing materials. If you have a passion for working with psychometric and psychological testing products, then this could be the opportunity for you. The role is focused on data entry and processing related to the adaptation and standardization of Pearson Clinical Assessments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review of clinical assessment protocols for completeness and quality

  • Data entry, checking and cleaning and filing.

  • Liaising with international Research & Development teams, including Psychometrics teams

  • Liaising with other functions of Pearson Clinical Assessment, as required

Skills required:

  • Understanding and knowledge of psychometric testing

  • Sound administration and organization skills.

  • Excellent database, data entry and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Verbal and written proficiency in English

  • Verbal and written proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali

  • Team player, self-motivated and keen to learn new skills.

  • High levels of attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task across projects

  • Ability to meet goals, as per timelines.

  • This position is fixed term 6-month contracts.

Required Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology

  • Open to freshers
