Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited tothe following:

●In collaborationwith the Manager of Helpdesk Support Systems, support with the implementationof different technologies across the department to ensure the team isperforming against department targets

●Performadministration tasks in CRM and applications

●Recommendsoftware or applications that will help us better manage our Helpdesk Team

●Recommendinnovative ways to utilize existing software and applications

●Maintain theproduction environments related to helpdesk support, including development andcustomizations of the systems.

●Ensure that allapplications are maintained and remain operational to support clients andbusiness needs

●Ensure thatapplications and service processes and outputs are error free to avoid downtimefor clients support portals and Helpdesk agents

●Participate inprojects assigned by the Manager of Helpdesk Support Systems

●Attend teammeetings as needed

Qualifications

●UniversityDegree/College Diploma or commensurate with experience

●Minimum of 3 years’experience in web development would be an asset (i.e., HTML, CSS, Javascript,PHP, etc.).

●Knowledge ofLearning Management Systems would be an asset

●Excellent Englishverbal and written communication skills

●An expert inEnglish grammar with the ability to evaluate written communication for clarity,conciseness, and coherence

●High level ofattention to detail and accuracy

●Demonstratedability to work with both internal and external clients

●The ability tomultitask and work on multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines withina fast paced environment
