We are recruiting Test Administrators to work a variety of hours including;

  • Full Time and/or Part Time

  • Weekends and/or Evenings

  • Fixed Term and Regular Employment contracts

Please note shifts can finish at 11pm at night

Position Description

The On-call Test Administrator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes.

Working on site with other Test Administrators, the On-call Test Administrator serves candidates directly.


Education and Experience required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications required

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to handle a reasonable amount of stress

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills

  • Alertness and courage

  • Ethics and trust

  • Knowledge in operating a computer, fax, and other office equipment

Other (license/certification):

  • Annual Pearson Professional Centers certification for Test Administrator required

  • Must pass re-certification annually

Physical requirements:

Be comfortable to work in a quiet testing environment

Be flexible in work timings (Anytime between 8:00am to - 11:00pm on any day of the week).

The schedule will be informed well in advance.
