We currently have an educationalsales opportunity in the greater Saint Louis area within our Math and Science (MS) division.
As a Pearson Sales Representativeyou are customer facing in assisting and supporting the transformation oflearning. You are also responsible for creating effective and innovative salessolutions that address issues and challenges facing institutions, instructorsand students today to meet necessary educational outcomes. Your responsibilities wouldconsist of:
Employeffective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productivequestioning strategies that lead to winning business.
Demonstratesuperb organizational and follow-up abilities; maintain product knowledgearound Pearson technologies, the educational industry, and factors influencingthe market environment.
Delivertechnology presentations to faculty.
Demonstratecollaboration through sharing of successful strategies and working with crossfunctional teams.
Implementcompany initiatives into sales territory.
Buildstrong relationships with faculty members and college bookstore personnel.

As Pearson Education SalesRepresentative, you would receive a highly attractive base salary and uncappedbonus potential, a company car, all travel expenses and an excellent benefitspackage. You should be able todemonstrate:
HighAchievement and consistent track record for excelling in a fast-paced collegeand/or work environment.
Salesexperience or aptitude via enthusiasm for the process of investigating,creating and fulfilling customers’ needs.
Experiencewith Learning Technologies or curiosity about the development of traditionaland technology based intellectual property.
Technologicalproficiency and strong working knowledge of the internet, mobile technologies,and computer applications and business systems.
Exceptionalverbal and written communication.
A4-year college degree demonstrating academic excellence.
