DistrictManagers, a key leadership position, have direct management responsibilities torecruit, train, develop and manage an effective sales district consisting of 7to 10 sales representatives calling on colleges and universities. They areaccountable for achieving sales goals and implementing sales strategies aroundthe company’s portfolio inclusive of digital platforms, custom product, DirectDigital Access as well as rental options.

TheDistrict Manager is also accountable for analysis, planning and financialmanagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications include an undergraduate college degree, 3-5 years of experience in college publishing. This experience should include a record of exceptional performance, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and account-development skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead.
