Our Higher Education function is currently seeking a Head of Sales to create and drive sales tactics and strategy that consistently grows market share in the Higher Education market. This is a maternity leave cover role with 12 month duration.

As the Head of Sales, Higher Education, you will manage and support new and existing relationships and look to build partnerships that strategically position Pearson as the leading education solutions and services business in Australia. You will lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and will support all direct reports with performance and development.

Qualifications

Your leadership style is collaborative and encourages sharing of ideas and team cohesion. You will have proven interpersonal skills and feel comfortable communicating across functions and departments at all levels. You are a problem solver and a creative thinker, able to apply imagination when developing sales solutions.
