The Manager of DigitalMarketing Analytics within the Learning Services team will be responsible for consistentlyanalyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of the Digital Strategy &Operation team's messaging efforts in order to rapidly improve ROI.

This individual will work closelywith each key digital communications function and marketing stakeholders tounderstand/outline metric objectives and plans, report back findings, and mostimportantly, recommend optimization tactics. They will also be responsible fortranslating metric plans into an actual analytic deployment tactics wherenecessary.

This role will not initially haveany direct reports; however, based on success and leadership skills shown overtime there is great potential for that responsibility to be added.

Additional responsibilities include:

Metric Planning & Strategy

  • Work with internal Learning Services marketing and sales stakeholders and Digital Communications functional Leads to define digital communications behavioral objectives, KPIs, and overall metric plans.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and the web operations teams to develop tracking methodologies to deliver on metric plans.

  • Develop reporting & results communication plans to stakeholders.

Analysis, Reporting &Optimization

  • Perform in-depth analysis of digital campaigns and website performance in order to drive customer acquisition, customer retention, lead conversion, sales, and brand equity.

  • Leverage, Pardot, MDR data and other reporting tools to identify market segment communication opportunities and drive lead generation improvements.

  • Develop reporting plans for all Learning Services digital communications efforts.

  • Communicate optimization tactics to each digital communications functional Lead.

  • Create quarterly, monthly, and bi-weekly reports and “dashboards” that communicate overall team and function effectiveness along with recommendations for improving performance.

Analytic Infrastructure &Deployment

  • Drive decisions regarding the investment, management, and usage of analytic software solution needs.

  • Collaborate with Operations & Analytics team to develop and deploy web analytic code into Digital Communications campaign messages and on Learning Services web properties.

  • Ensure consistent metric data collection strategy across all Digital channels.

  • Set standards for Monthly & Quarterly metric grids & reports.

Communication & Best Practices

  • Lead digital communications optimization efforts.

  • Lead training efforts with marketers on analytic best practices.

  • Communicate best practice insight across the organization.

Idealcandidate will reside within a commutable distance to one of the followingoffice locations: Boston MA, Chandler AZ, GlenviewIL, Hoboken NJ, NY City. This role is no longer available for remote workand requires in-office presence.


  • 3 years of related customer analytics experience required.

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Marketing focus preferred.

  • 2 years of management experience preferred or an interest in progression towards a Management role.

  • Extensive experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms required.

  • Specific experience with and Pardot reporting tools preferred.

  • Extensive experience with large web analytic installations and analyzing large data sets.

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.

  • 3 years of relevant digital communications experience. Experience with web content messaging, SEO/SEM, email marketing, web/campaign analytics, eCRM segmentation/execution.

  • Strong analytic and project management skills.

  • Advanced skills in the area of statistical analysis and data modeling.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate objectives into strategies and strategies into solutions.

  • Effective problem solving and decision making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Leadership experience specifically managing analytic marketing teams preferred.
