Our customer services department is at the heart of what we do,supporting our learners, educators, and education establishments across a broadrange of assessment types including: general qualifications, Nationalcurriculum tests, vocational assessments, B-tech and bespoke courses.

The overall purpose of the Account Specialist role is to provideoutstanding professional services and support, via telephone, email and attimes even face to face. Usually, these customers could be pupils, exam’sofficers, direct employers, international schools or training providers.

Our Account Services Specialists are the main pointof contact for each and every customer. Our main duties include:

  • Responsible for building a strong, personalised,customer focused relationship between the customer and Pearson Qualificationservices.

  • Working as a member of a team, the AccountSpecialist will be required to support other members of the team with theircustomer accounts where workloads dictate.

  • Maintaining good working practices to maximiseaccuracy, economy, efficiency and security, for example ensuring quality ofmarking is completed correctly and to deadline.

  • The Account Specialist will be a single point ofcontact for all administrative queries received from their accounts.
