Relationship Manager Taleo
This role is critical to the successful adoption ofour new global processes and HR system. It will be a key point of contact forlocal TA leads and a gate keeper into the various teams within HROperations. The role is one where process and system issues and changesare escalated to by various stakeholders and the Relationship Manager will thenwork with various teams within local TA, HR Operations and Technology toidentify solutions and prioritise these accordingly. In addition, theRelationship Manager will work with TA leads to understand future requirementsand forecasting to enable the teams in HR Operations to plan accordingly toensure these needs can be met.
Accountable for managing HR Operations Services relationships across allLoBs, Geos and CoEs in respect of the Taleo system and relatedprocesses
Stakeholder Engagement with TA lead
Consult / Inform CoE and/or TA leads regarding relatedtopics.Responsible for overseeing service change requests through to resolutionand working with internal PPS stakeholders to ensure these are implementedeffectively.
Main “ go to “ person for relationship queries that fall outside of thedefined process for service enhancements / Change requests
Identify process and service improvement opportunities to expand servicedelivery for PPS
Accountable for coordinating the delivery of reliable and relevant operationaldata to the customer
Work supportively and collaboratively with other teams
Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
HR practitioner with in depth experience acrosscore HR operational functions. Recruitment & Resourcing would be preferable.
Experience of HR process design, implementation,and process improvement knowledge allwithin a changing environment
Experience of working closely with SharedService Centers
Ability to influence
Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills
Experience of working with international teamsto deliver against a changing agenda
