We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join Pearson College London. As part of the Product Marketing Team you will be responsible for planning and delivering tactical marketing activity to support the growth of the College and our two academic Schools - Pearson Business School and Escape Studios.
You will lead on the development and execution of B2C marketing campaigns for Pearson Business School, with the aim of achieving lead generation targets and fulfilling student recruitment targets. You will work closely with colleagues in External Relations as well as external agencies to deliver advertising campaigns that promote our range of degrees and degree apprenticeships to potential students and stakeholders.
You’ll have experience of working in a marketing department and delivering multi-channel campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have experience of copywriting, email marketing, digital marketing and campaign reporting. This is a busy and fast-paced role, within a growing organisation.
Lead marketing campaigns to promote awareness of Pearson Business School, part of Pearson College London.
Deliver lead generation marketing campaigns for undergraduate, postgraduate and degree apprenticeship products to reach lead, application and enrollment targets.
Contribute and execute new ideas to raise the profile of Pearson Business School.
Create marketing collateral such as prospectuses, brochures, promotional emails, digital adverts and branded merchandise.
Work closely with the Web Team to ensure product web-pages are up-to-date and create bespoke landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Work with media agencies to deliver and evaluate advertising campaigns.
Produce regular reports with full analysis and recommendations to feedback on performance of marketing campaigns.
Attend Open Days and recruitment events as required.
Approach projects as a self-starter and work on own initiative.
Demonstrate careful attention to detail in all tasks undertaken but specifically in proofreading marketing materials.
Show a willingness to learn and the ability to become highly proficient in all aspects of the marketing mix: print, web, email, direct and student recruitment channels.
Demonstrate flexibility within role to ensure support is provided to major campaigns or events.
Confident communicator and able to build positive relationships across the College.
