The Organizational Partnership role will optimize existingand net new corporate partnerships on behalf of our academic partnerships. Thisteam will work cross-functionally with our Business Unit Leadership toeffectively cultivate (and generate) employee interest and drive employeeenrollment for our OPM portfolio.The role will discover the needs and concerns of employerprospects, demonstrate how our offerings can best meet those needs, and supportprospective employees through the recruitment process to include registrationcompletion. Demonstrate the ability towork collaboratively in a team focused environment to meet the needs of Corporateand Academic Partners


Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, thefollowing. Other duties andresponsibilities may be assigned.

  • Has built and manages mature, active pipelines of Corporateleads and enrollments

  • Communicate with prospective employers via callcampaigns, emails, and faxes

  • Advise prospective employers using a consultativeprocess.

  • Is viewed as a subject matter expert (SME) and is often sought out to provide insight regarding new launches or major process reviews. Guide employees through the admissions process with the goal of determining if the program is a fit for their educational needs.

  • May actively promote multiple programs of a complex nature across different disciplines.

  • Effectively follow lead management and marketing cultivation guidelines for all leads.

  • Utilize database tools to efficiently track eachinteraction and the progress of all assigned leads.

  • Achieve daily efficiency metrics pertaining to Speed to Lead, Call Volume, Talk Time, 1st Time Contacts, and New Applications as established by the Organizational Partnerships Leadership

  • Achieve targets starts per program.

  • Effectively communicate industry trends, quality of leads, and program updates for appropriate cross-functional and departmental team members.

  • Works collaboratively with other areas representing the department by providing business process expertise.

  • Actively participate in weekly meeting rhythms being prepared to discuss performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to enhance team performance.

  • Can represent Embanet directly with Academic Partners to discuss admission requirements.

  • Conduct a self-audit to ensure efficiency and consistency of data base.

  • Monitor application process to ensure effective communication in tandem with application deadlines.

  • Implement an email cultivation strategy designed to re-engage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses.

  • Maintain minimum standard data base audit scores.

  • Review previous term’s conversion metrics to forecast future enrollment metrics.

  • Update data base system to reflect current/upcoming term information (email templates, enrollment periods, filters, etc.)

  • Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs. This may include working more than 40 hours a week.


  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution, OR appropriate combination of education and significant experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (in Higher Education or Admissions preferred)

  • Knowledge of or past experience in higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment preferred

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM

  • Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate

  • Ability to travel up to 25%-50%

Supervisory Responsibilities

●May coordinate the work of others: is accountable for the outputs of their team and is focused on overall team/unit goals and results

●Coaches/mentors less experiences employees or employees who are underperforming to develop/increase their knowledge, proficiency and performance levels.

●Conducts and may train others on ongoing competitive landscape analysis.

●May lead and assume accountability for team, department initiatives, projects and/or cross functional team.
