* Summary *

The EnrollmentCoordinator supports the student application processby partnering with the Enrollment Advisors to contact prospective newstudents for bachelors, masters, doctoral degree and certificate programs. Communication with prospective students isprimarily through a high volume of telephone contacts with a goal to achievespeed to lead and contact percentage metrics.

Responsibilities

Specific duties andresponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties and responsibilities may beassigned.

  • Maintaina minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective students.

  • Achievespeed to lead and contact efficiency metrics.

  • Approacheach call with a goal to transfer or set an appointment for Enrollment Advisorsto speak with prospective students.

  • Adhereto lead management plan guidelines for each lead in the database.

  • Accuratelyrecord interactions with each prospective student in the database.

  • Runfilters and reports to update daily trackers and team boards for the programteams.

  • Processmail in a timely manner for the business unit.

  • Supportapplication/registration events as applicable for each team.

  • Bean active participant in cross-functional team events.

  • Requiresthe ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings to accommodatestudent, departmental and company’s needs. This may include working more than40 hours a week.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2-yeardegree from an accredited institution, OR appropriate combination of educationand significant experience

  • Oneto 3 years customer service experience in an outbound calling environment.

  • Outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills.

  • Generalknowledge of higher education industry.

  • Proficientin MS Office.

  • Abilityto work evenings until 9:00 PM.

  • Abilityto work weekends as business needs dictate.
