We are currently looking for innovative hands-on Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and advance sophisticated CI and CD solutions. Successful candidates must have a goodunderstanding of the tools, platforms and technologies used to develop exceptional products.

Responsibilities :

  • Ability to comprehend business requirements and be able to map them to software design and implementation with a focus on improving operational readiness for web based applications.

  • Strong emphasis on building solutions to automate development and operational systems

  • Perform research, analysis, design and implementation and provide effective solutions for short term and long term needs

  • Work in a team environment and share knowledge.


Minimum qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills.

  • 2 years experience in a production operations role

  • Working knowledge of Puppet or Chef and common scripting languages

  • Experience in a continuous integration process, employing a CI server, automated unit testing and deployment

  • Strong experience with both Git and Subversion

  • Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG.

  • Understanding of Cloud Architecture - AWS is a plus

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Content Management Systems desirable.

  • Experience working with Ant, Maven, and/or Ivy

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • Experience in Cloud Development and Deployment technologies such as RightScale, Chef, AWS API

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum and TDD is highly desirable

  • Dynamic and strong in communication & analytical skills and possesses open and flexible attitude

  • Experience developing with a relational DBMS (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, etc).
