The Inside Sales Specialist Manager is responsible formanaging the sale of products and/or services for defined Businessgroups. This career opportunity is perfect for someone who canlead a team to success by managing the following tasks:

  • Establishes short-and mid-term work plans andoptimizes resources to ensure that work area objectives are met consistently.

  • Experience in presentation skills and developingcontent.

  • Preferred experience in education sales and orInside Sales Management

  • Experience and satisfaction. Exercisesindependent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria forobtaining results.

  • Works on significant and unique issues orproblems that requires an in-depth knowledge of own discipline and how it inter-relatesto other disciplines

  • Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises insidesales staff. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’sproducts/services.

  • Effectively builds rapport with customers byprobing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.



  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degreepreferred

  • Preferred 5 years related experience

  • Strong presentation, account development andleadership skills are necessary to motivate sales staff

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal andwritten

  • An ability to learn and respond quickly

  • A commitment to excellence and service areparamount.

  • Computer skills with MS Office and CRM databaseand presentation software
