This is a benefitted, full-time, 9 month term of project role.

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB

Working closely with the test publishers and Pearson VUE's clients, the Quality Assurance Coordinator performs proof reading to maintain a high standard of quality assurance service for Pearson VUE clients' content.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance Verification

  • Review client content for consistency with source files

  • Document and escalate deviations in client content with source files

  • Document systems and processes

  • Update and edit test cases, test checklists and test scenarios

  • Understand impact of errors on the team and the business

Continual Improvement

  • Work with the test publishers and application consultants to provide a high standard of quality for all content

  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve exam publishing and QA processes

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred

  • 2 years professional office work experience required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel required

  • Proof reading skills
