B1.0 - Administrator-Customer Relations


Background Information: Coordinationwith CRM Team, as per set process renewing the license and follow-up to trackpayment and the contract expiry, RCremoval, RC replacement and documentation

Purpose: Back End Operations -Customer Focused, monitoringthe field team and supporting the customers.

Key Accountabilities &Deliverables:

§Documentation of Welcome letters, Response letters, Damageletters & sharing request format for issue

of service extension andaddendum

§Reverse Logistics tickets to be monitored ondaily basis and share the declaration to Logistics team and check on how manyopen calls pending to collect declarations.

§Training scheduling for all new implementationand refresher trainer

§ManagingResourceCoordinator process from Joining till exit , Managing attendance &claims for

Resource Coordinator onmonthly basis

§Information & documentation of contract expirycases with Operations team and removal of RC and

Closure letter followed up with Documentation team.

§Follow up with concerned stake holder / Dept.of all complaint calls logged with Customer Care till

Closure of the same.



Core Technical/FunctionalCompetencies: Expert in MS OfficeTools, especially MS Excel and good Telephone etiquettes

Education, Qualifications& Training : Bachelor Degree in anydiscipline

Previous Experience - 1 to 2 years

Core Behavioural Competencies: Effective Communication skill managingInternal and external customers. Monitoringthe team & ability to work with remote Employee.
