Managerecruiting campaign through the following: participate in the development of necessary advertising, screencandidates, schedule interviews; conduct interviews. Evaluate test/placement results and referencesources, when applicable.

Meethiring numbers with as minimal agency usage as necessary.

Responsiblefor maintaining a thorough understanding of HR procedures in regard to internalmanagement systems, payroll, and other departmental systems, as they areupdated throughout the year; know and adhere to departmental policy andestablished deadlines.

Understandand adhere to company policies and state and federal labor laws applicable toassigned areas of responsibility.

Consult with and advise temporary employees in all areas of HumanResources, using assigned HR management’s guidance.

Counsel and advise temporary employees with any Human Resourcesissues, using the assigned HR management’s guidance; address all issues in atimely manner.

Provide employment support to business partnerincluding; internal requisitions, external recruiting, interviewing, evaluatingcandidates and checking references, as necessary


BaBachelor’sdegree or Equivalent experience in lieu of a formal degree

Minimumof 3 years of experience in HumanResources or related administrative function

Exposure to high volume recruiting,or staffing experience strongly preferred.

Musthave a good understanding of the functional areas of human resources with theability to understand business issues and strategies

Workingknowledge of HR practices and procedures

Ability to deal withemployees and managers on sensitive issues related to employee relations,performance issues, terminations, and accommodations.

Adherence to confidentiality andnondisclosure requirements.

Ability to multi-task in a fastpaced environment.

Strong computer skills including dataentry, email, spreadsheets and databases. Oracle or other HRIS experience helpful.

Ability to work a flexible schedule,to meet both evening and day demands, is critical.

Strong writing communication skills.

Abilityto communicate effectively via email and phone
